Our Eye Exams Include
Refraction and Visual Acuity Assessment: Standard myopia (nearsightedness) and hyperopia (farsightedness), as well as astigmatism.
Higher-order aberrations: Subtle imperfections in the optical system that can impact contrast sensitivity and create visual disturbances like glare and halos, especially in low-light conditions.
Corneal topography: Test creates a detailed 3D map of the front surface of the cornea to analyze its shape and curvature.
Pupil and Peripheral Vision Assessment: Measures the size of the pupil and how it reacts to different light conditions, such as day and night.
Corneal thickness: Measurements of the cornea's thickness (pachymetry) are taken to provide further information on the anterior eye segment.
Anterior chamber depth: The depth of the front part of the eye is also measured.
Axial length: Calculate the length of the eye, which is a key biometric parameter for myopia management.
